Their rooms are always modern and functional with dryers, a fully furnished kitchen, parts of the island.

The hotel needs a little tlc.

This hotel is huge with incredibly nice and welcoming staff and awesome food. Amazing, favourable location to all nearby restaurant. Based close enough to seating areas, and many great restaurants with authentic delicious food. Totally really great stay on vacation.

Wi-Fi was terrible.

Clean, family-friendly hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably large and functional rooms and amiable staff. I was there for 7 nights and ate at beach restaurant which had awesome food. The location was marvellous and fab - just 5 minutes' walk from a scenic beach. It also was to what I saw driving around the island. The venue took care of the top-notch service. You could leave a car on-site. I had a very comfortable stay.

The location was perfect and the free parking was on site. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Simpson bay beach.

I was offered a room with great views of the bay and the marina.

The rooms are large and functional and have decent view of the marina and the peaceful ocean front. The location is marvellous and lovely, at a short distance from Simpson Bay Lagoon.

We stayed in a comfortable room right on the beach in a building that hasn't been updated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The resort had a beach bar, restaurants, deli-grocery, and a casino just steps away. We enjoyed a sunset cruise that departed from the resort. The location was near the cruise ship terminal, making it convenient for exploring the rest of the island in January.

The rooms could use some updating in terms of decor and amenities.

Fully-equipped and beautifully maintained units with dual murphy beds to save space. Bonus point for a stable WiFi and a balcony.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants and bars of great variety from Asian to local to Italian to Mexican and more, a beautiful bay and beach bars within walking distance.

Great rooms but the glassware a little dated. Very comfortable bed and excellent layout.

Checking in was an absolute nightmare taking nearly 1.5 hours as it was not clear online what room we had booked and we ended up getting a room due for renovation. Trying to find out the cost and options to upgrade took forever and as helpful as the woman was on the front desk she had absolutely no control and was basically just on the phone to the central reservations office for far too long. I thought it was a simple question how much to upgrade to main building? Then do we want to do that? Answer Yes please. How could this possibly take over an hour?????

The location was amazing, the breakfast was incredible and very good. It took just 8 minutes by car to get to the airport.

the bed was super comfy, kitchen fully equipped for cooking, great location near restaurants and beach. Simpson Bay Resort exceeded expectations during our overnight stay.

Bad Service , Luck of Internet, Humid Rooms w/ Mosquitos in it , and no even the cucaraches want to stay there, and to much money paid for the service given , even I stay before but for shure this is my last time here...
